Kanye West Remix- Love Lockdown

Ok, so this isn't my best work. I don't know what it is, but i can't remix songs very well. It makes me feel like im just messing up the song and that it sounds worse. So I kept the Drums, Vocals, and piano from the original, mostly unchanged, though i went through the vocoder many times with the vocals, trying to make Kanye soound weird. Apart from making him sound like a female alien, most of the stuff didn't come out right. So I ended up just having the vocals go through the vocoder without much change, except a bit louder and more filling. Anyway. I got rid of the bass part, and replaced it with a generic kick drum, with a clap at the end. At the Love Lockdown chorus parts, i changed the kick drum into all clapping sounds. I also used a VibraSnap thingamajig. It makes a rattlesnake like sound, you know, those things. That plays every other kick loop, or every loop during the chorus. I used Boobass to add a little bass to it, and its also the squeaking sound throughout the song. I put it all through the greatest named channel ever, the Sound Gooderizer. I mean, thats an awseome name right? It made everything sound louder and richer and generally better.
Not my best work, but hope you guys like it.

Project 8: Ringtone

I liked this project, it was actually kinda fun. I made my ringtone out of inspiration from The Legend of Zelda. I made it more technoy than the orriginal, and i think it came out pretty good.

Today I started Project 8, a ring tone. My new inspiration is a tune from The Legend of Zelda, a video game for Nintendo. Its shaping up pretty well.

Project 7

This new piece i made i consider a hybrid of techno and metal. Its got some spacey sounding stuff, and the metal guitar. Its got a bit of bass supporting it. I just realized that i didn't put any drums in this, but i don't think it needs drums anyway, because this already sounds good to me. I made some of the sounds, like the first spacey thing by myself using Sytrus. I found the guitars, and edited them to my liking so they sounded like this. Bass I used BooBass. I used the Riff Machine on everything, and i think it sounds pretty cool. Hope you guys like it.

Today I finished my project I believe. Everything seems to be good, except for the lack of bass, but i don't think I need bass. I have good guitar, and some cool otherworldly space like sounds.

Today, I continued trying to make some cool sounds, and make a cool loop out of them. I so far have a Spacey sound. A Metal sounding bass. And a different kind of spacey thing

This project is much harder than I thought. I've been trying to get a cool sound, but it took me quite a while to get one. My first one i made is a deep synth sound, kinda hard to explain. Took me all day to make it :P
